What is the role?


We’re seeking passionate AINs and Disability Support Workers to join our Northern Rivers team. Provide personal care, independence support and companionship across aged care facilities and NDIS services.



What duties are involved?

• Assist with personal care and mobility
  
• Support independence and social participation
  
• Provide companionship and daily living support
  
• Ensure safe, respectful care environments
  
• Follow care plans and client goals
  

What do we require from you?

• Cert III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability)
  
• Current Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening
  
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
  
• COVID-19 & Flu vaccinations as required
  
• Reliable, caring, and professional attitude
